Sooooo im using the G5 now, sadly its still not 100% reliable but its....reliable when it boots? its really weird lol, its jut that sometimes the video fails to...initialize i guess? idk but anyway im going to a nice op-shop [thrift store for the americans in the audience lol] soon-ish which will be fun :D
Also have been enjoying my time in PowerPC land so far, was nothin wrong with the QuickSilver, and if i had the RAM to bump it up to 1.5 or even 1GB of RAM i think it would've been nice to stay on it, but the G5 has dual 2.3Ghz CPUs and 6GB of RAM soooo not all is bad lol
But yeahhhh i think it'll be fun as hell using my G5 now lmfao, theres been a few hiccups but overall not bad :D
I'll report back when i get home from the place, not sure if ill be getting anything though..but i can dream haha, anyways thats all for now - 8:43AM
WELLLLL that was fun lol, went to the place, got 5 sealed Sony type 1 cassette tapes, and a MTV VHS tape which i didnt know existed?? Then we went to my local game shop since they moved...and man it was awesome, got some fun stuff too!!!! the game in the photo is Rayman Origins for the Xbox360 haha, has a EB Games 2nd hand coverart thing which honestly i like more, oddly nostalgic in a way but yeah ^^ it was fun :3 - 12:17PM
